This first update includes minor fixes and improvements to our Public Preview release which came out earlier this month.
New Features
- A new Course Detail page provides more information about the “Intro to Python” course including a detailed table of contents, learning objectives and standards alignment. This page format will also be used for future courses.
Bug Fixes
- Single sign-on (SSO) seamless works between the website vscodeedu.com and Visual Studio Code for Education
- Additional answers can be selected in an multiple option assessment after an incorrect response
Improvements
- Navigation from a course back to the homepage using a new Home button
- Stopping program / file execution using a new stop button
- Provide feedback, view our FAQs and reset learner progress through a new help button
- Content formatting improvements, including tables, diagrams and assessments
- Performance improvements when loading course content
- Course progress and state tracking improvements
- After correctly answering a question, the “Try Again” button is hidden.
