HTML Project not saving

Today, I’m having problems saving a project. It has worked great for the past two weeks, but today, I’m getting file permission errors.

I’ve tried the usual, reboot, clearing cache, private session, without any luck.

any help appreciated.

Hi Andrew, thanks for reaching out with the issue.

  1. Do you encounter this issue in a new project as well? or is it only in one project?
  2. Could you share the project with us using a share link? You can do so by providing us a url that is generated when you click the ’share code’ button.

Hi Vritant

The only way to save the project is to come out of it, closing the browser, then opening it again, and it asks if you want to save your recovered files. it then saves ok :frowning:

A quick test on another project seems fine.
