Project Upload

Morning all

I’m having problems using the upload button in my project. It just keeps wheeling away, and never completes.

I’ve tried the usual, a different file to upload, clearing cache, private session, but with no joy.

Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

I am new here so I’m just finding my way around and noticed this new post. I would love to assist if possible. How about you share your project with me and I can try an upload from my side, rule out a few potential setbacks? Totally your call. I will keep this bookmarked as this could be a potential problem for me down the line.

Good morning @FormaServe - for uploads, there are two options in a project:

  1. Using the upload button as you mentioned above:

  1. Drag-and-drop your files into the file explorer

Is there a specific file type that you’re experiencing this with, or with all files? I checked on my side and I am able to upload files, so I want to be sure you can get up and running.

The upload is now working! Both from the upload icon & the drag & drop method that @adamsmeets mentioned, which I did not know of, thanks Adam.
